- ادهن صينية الفرن بقليل من الزيت او الزبدة.
- ثم اسكب خليط الكيك وادخلها الفرن على درجة حرارة 350 حتى تنضج.
- ثم اخرجها من الفرن واتركها تبرد قليلا.
- ثم اسكب عليها الحليب المركز وأزينها بالبسكوت المطحون والفستق.
