4. يترك ليبرد تمامآ ثم يوضع فى الخلاط وننزل الزيت بالتدريج حتى ننتهى من الكميه كلها.
5. سنجد القوام اصبح اثقل ونضيف الملح والفلفل حسب الذوق.
6. توضع فى الثلاجه لتبرد قليلآ ثم تقدم.. بألف هنا.
