- في الخلاط نضع الثوم والماء والخل والليمون ونضرب المواد لتمتزج وتصبح ناعمه نضيف نصف حبة بطاطا مسلوقه جيداً وبارده ثم خليط النشا ونمزج ونبدأ والخلاط شغّال نضيف زيت الذره حتي تمتزج المواد كلها مع بعض.
- نضعه في الثلاجه ثم يقدم مع الدجاج المشوي والشاورما.
