5. نخليه على نار هاديه لمدة 7 دقايق ثم نفتحه ونضع فنجال فيه زيت ونحط جمره ونسكره لمدة 3 دقائق نرفع الفنجال ونقدمه في صحن وماشاء الله وبالعافيه.
