- في طنجره اخرى نضيف السمنة والرز المنقوع مسباقا ومغسول جيدا ونقلبه قليلا بالسمن ثم نضيف مرق اللحم وبهارات المندي والكركم.
- نتركه على نار متوسطة لمدة 10 دقائق ثم نخفض النار ونتركه ينضج.
- نضع اللحم في صينية الفرن مع قليل من المرق وندهنه بالقليل من لبهارات وندخله لفرن ليتحمر.
- نسكب الرز ونضع فوقه اللحم ويزين بالفستق المحمر.
- يقدم ساخن مع سلطة او لبن وصحة وهنا.
