  3. نضع فوق الصينيه شبكه او فويل ونعمل فيه فتحات ونضع اللحمه ونغطي بفويل كويس وندخله الفرن ساعه على 180.
  4. يقدم مع الدقوس وسلطه الزبادي بالخيار وبالهنا والشفا 🌹.
