- فى طنجرة نضع كوب ماء وفوقها شبكة نضع عليها البصل والبطاطس والثوم والفخدة بيحث أن لا يصل لهم الماء وتغطى جيداً.
- توضع الطنجرة فى الفرن على درجه حراره عاليه لمدة ساعة ثم تهدى النار عليه تماماً لمدة ٥ ساعات أخرى.
