الدجاج كان معي أفخاذ متبله جاهزه من السوبر ماركت.
جبت صاج وقطعت له بصله وفرمت ثلاث فصوص ثوم وحمرتهم ثم اضفت البهارات الصحيحه القرفه والهيل والمسمار وقلبتهم واضفت الكزبرةوالجزر.
نقعت الرز بماء حار عشر دقايق وصفيته من الماء واضفته لخلطه البصل وقلبتهم مع بعض واضفت ملح واضفت لهم ماء وصبيتهم لصحن الفرن.
غطيت صحن الرز بقصدير وعملت فيه فتحات صغيره وحطيت البطاطس القرنبيط فوق القصدير ورشيتهم بزيت زيتون وبهارات ثم وضعت الدجاج فوق البطاطس.
غطيت الدجاج بقصدير اخر ودخلتهم الفرن بس لما حسيت ان البطاطس بيطول بالنضج خرجت البطاطس قليتهم.
بعدما حسيت الرز والدجاج نضجوا فتحت القصدير الى فوق عشان يتحمر الدجاج ووقت التقديم زينتهم ببيض مسلوق.
