- وبعد ان نتاكد من استواء الارز والحم نضع الحم فوق الرز ونقوم بوضع القليل من الفحم في كاسه زجاج ونقوم باضافه قليل من الزيت لتشتغل ويخرج الدخان ونقوم بغلق القدر.
