- نعمل رز بشعيريه عادي (نحمر الشعيرية في الزيت اللي حمرنا فيه البصله 😉).
- الصلصله (شويه زيت من اللي حمرنا فيها البصله ، نشوح ملعقة ثوم مفروم ولما تصفر نحط ملعقة خل كبيره وبعدين ننزل بالصلصة، عليها مكعب ماجي وملح وكمون).
- الحمص نسلقه لحد ما يستوي.
- التوميه (نشوح الثوم عليهم شويه خل ونزود ماء وكمون وليمون وشطه).
- ملحوظه مهمه (الزيت اللي حمرنا فيه البصله) هنأخذ منه للرز وللمكرونه وللصلصه، عشان طعم الكشري كله يبقى واحد 😉❤ و بالف هنا وشفا..
