- نضع قطع من الزبده على الوجه.
- لتغليف الدجاجه يكون خليط من كاتشب ومايونيز وقليل من الفلفل الاسودو ثوم مهروس ومن قلي الدجاج او في الفرن.
- يزين المندي بالبطاطس المقليه والبصل المقلي والمكسرات حسب الرغبه والزبيب.
