- نحمر البصل في حلة كبيرة ونحط كمية زيت كبيرة وبعد ما البصل يتحمر نشيل البصل ونضيف المياه المناسبة للرز انا بحط لكباية الرز كباية وربع مياه وبعد ما نحط المياه نزود مقدار كباية مياه للعدس ونحط الملح حسب التذوق ولما المياه تغلي نغسل الارز ونحطه ونصفي العدس كمان ونحطه ولما يغلوا ننقل الحله على الشياطة على نار هادية تلت ساعة.
- نغرف الرز بالعدس وفوقيه المكرونة والبصل والصلصة وممكن نقدم معاه عيش محمر ، بالهنا.
- نسلق المكرونة الصغيرة او اسباجيتي حسب الرغبة.
- الصلصة: ملعقة كبيرة ثوم مفروم في سمنة او زيت على النار ولما التوم يتحمر ننزل بالطماطم المعصورة ولما تغلي نحط الملح حسب التذوق ولما تتقل وتتسبك نحط ملقتين خل ونطفي.
