  4. الصلصة : نحمرالبصل و الثوم جيداً.
  5. نضيف شراب البندورةو يقلب جيداً.
  6. نضيف البندورة و الملح و البهار و الحر.
  7. بعد أن تذبل البندورة نضيف كوب ماء و يترك ليطبخ مدة 10 دقائق..
  8. عند التقديم : نضع العدس و الأرز في الصحن ثم المعكرونة و الصلصة إضافة البصل المحمر و يقدم..
