- ثم نغلق عليه جيدا و نتركها جانبا و نكمل بنفس الطريقة مع الكريات الاخرى حتى نكمل كل الكمية ثم نغطيهم و نتركم يرتاحو مدة 15 دقيقة.
- بعد ما ارتاحوا نسخن المقلاة او الطاجين و نبدأ بفتح الكريات نأخذ الكرية الاولى و نفتحها برفق بواسطة الحلال يجب ان تكون رقيقة و نضعها فوق المقلاة او الطاجين على نار هادئة لما نرى انها بدأت تنتفخ و تعمل فقاعات ندهنها بالقليل من الزبدة المذابة و نقلبها على الجهة الاخرى حتى تطهى جيدا....شهية طيبة.
