- وبعدها نقسمها الى ثلاثة ونفرد كل قطعة بالنشابة وندهنها بزبدة ونرش عليها سكر بني وكاكاو ورشة قرفة ونلفها ونقطعها ونتركها ترتاح نصف ساعة ومن ثم نضعها في الفرن وهى ساخنة نزينها بحليب محلى وشوكلانة نوتيلا والمكسرات وصحتين.
