- نضيف العدس المسلوق نصف سلقة ثم نضيف الأرز المنقوع.
- نتبل بالملح والفلفل الأسود والكمون.
- نضيف الماء ونترك قدر الطبخ على نار هادئة حتى ينضج.
- نسلق كوب الحمص بماء مضاف إليه ملح وكمون.
- لتحضير الصوص الأحمر ؛:نأخذ مقدار ٢ملعقة كبيرة من زيت قلي البصل.
- نضيف الثوم المهروس ثم عصير الطماطم والشطه ومعجون الطماطم ونتبل بالملح والفلفل الأسود والبهار.
- نترك الصلصة على نار هادئة حتى تتسبك.
- في طبق التقديم :نضع طبقة من الأرز المطبوخ مع الشعيرية والعدس ثم طبقة من المعكرونة المسلوقة ثم طبقة من الحمص المسلوق.
- بعدها نضيف البصل المقلي وأخيرا نوزع الصوص الأحمر على الوجه.
