- في كل ورقه نضع الحشو + جبن طري نغلق الاطراف ونلفه و نقوم بتسويته في طبق القراتان مفروش بفلفل مقطع دوائر و نضع فوقه صلصله طماطم و 2 حبات بيض مخفوقين و ندخله للفرن حتى ينشف شويه.
