- نضع طبقة اخرى من الكيك ولكن من غير ترطيب لانه سوف يرطب من الجلي.
- نحضر الجلي ويوضع فوق طبقة الكيك.
- توضع جانبا حتى يتماسك الجيلي ويبرك.
- تزين وهذا اختياري وتضع بالثلاجة حتى تبرد.
