- نحط في وعاء 2 بيض ،2 كوب حليب مع السكر و نخلط بالخلاط اليدوي بعدها نضيف الكاكاو مع الفرينة و رشة الملح و نحرك جيدا ختى نتخلص من الكتل و يبقى عندي خليط رطب.
- نغطي الخليط و نخليه يرتاح 15دقيقة.بعدها نشعل الفرن على درجة متوسطة و نحضر مقلاة (لازم ما تلصقش)نحط فيها ملعقة صغيرة من الزبدة و نفوت على كامل المقلاة بالزبدة ،ثم نحط شوية من خليط الكريب في المقلاة و ندورها بيدي باش يلحق الخليط للجوانب و ما يبقاش غير في الوسط.
- و ننتظر لما تستوي من الجهة لي تحت نقلبها و نخليها تستوي من الجهة الثانية بعدها نحط الكريب في طبق و نغطيه و نكمل بنفس الطريقة و نخليهم يبردو.
- الآن بحشي الكريب بالشوكولا مع موز مقطع أو أي فاكهة متوفرة عندك ممكن تحشيهم فقط بالشوكولا و نطوي الكريب على 2 نتحصل على نص دائرة بعدها نطوي هاد النص على 2 راح نتحصل على شكل مثلث و زينيهم من الفوق على حساب ذوقك.
