3. في طنجرة اخرى نضع ماء حتى النصف ونضع القليل من الزيت والملح وحين تغلي نزيد المعكرونة ونتركها حوالي ٧ -١٠ دقائق حتى تستوي المعكرونة جيداً.
4. نصفي المعكرونة ونصفي الخضار ونخلطهم سويا.
5. نعيدهم في طنجرة واحدة على النار ونضيف فوقهم الجبنة ونتركهم على نار هادئة مدة دقيقتين او ثلاثة.
