1. في وعاء نضع الحليب مع البيض و نخفق جيداً و نضيف الملح و فلفل اسود و نخلط.
2. نضيف الفرينة و نواصل الخلط جيداً حتى تتجانس كل المكونات.
3. نترك الخليط يرتاح في الثلاجة نصف ساعة و نبدأ بعملية الطهي..
4. بعد عملية الطهي نحضر الحشو الذي بالطبع يكون حسب الرغبة نفتح ورقة الكريب و نضع الحشو على الطرف مثلما نفعل مع السيقار او البوراك و نلف الكريب و يصبح شكل السيقار حتى نكمل بقية ورقات الكريب.
5. نمسك كل سيقارة كريب و نغمرها في بيض مخفوق و بعدها في la chapelure (خبز مطحون و متبل).
6. في مقلاة بها زيت ساخن نقوم بقلي الكريب و بالف صحة و عافية😘😘😘😋😋😋.
