نحضر الكيكة ونضعها في صينية وندخلها للفرن تستوي. استعملت 3كيكات اسفنجية.
في كسرولا نضع السكر والماء الغلوكوز ونتركه يغلي ثم نطفي وعندما يبرد نضع الفواكه فيه لكي تبقى محافظة على بريقها وطازجتها.
نقطع الكيكة على شكل رقم 8ورقم0ثم نشربها ونضع الكريمة ثم الطبقة الثانية من الكيك ثم الكريمة وزينتها بحبات من العنب والموز.
