- ونخلط برؤوس الأصابع ونخوي الخليط في صينية مدهونة جيدا بالزبدة ونشكل مربعات بالسكين وكل مربع نوضع فيه حبة لوز وندخلو الفرن مسخن من قبل ويطيب على نار مهيلة حتى نحس بيه باللون ديالو رجع دهبي من تحت نخرجو وندهن الوجه ديالو بالزبدة ونرجعو الفرن حتى يدهب نخرجو ونسقيه وهو سخون وبالصحة والراحة.
