- بعد مرور ليلة نأخذ الخليط ونزيد نرسخ بنصف كأس ماء مخلوط بماء الزهر حتى نحرك دائريا باليد او بالعجانة لكن دون عجنه حتى نتحصل على كرية في اليد مثل في الصورة نبسطه في الصينية ونقسمه حسب مربعات او حسب الرغبة.
- نضعه في الفرن من الأسفل ثم من الاعلى ونشربه بالشاربات التي تكون باردة.
- الشربات:نضع الماء والسكر حتى الغليان نحسب ربع ساعة ونطفئ النار ونضيف القليل من ماء الزهر بالصحة والعافية.
