- مانطووول على النار تحتها🤦♀️.. نخليها بين نار خفيفة الى متوسط و أهم شي نخليها تقلى براحتها.
- ونحمرها من جميع الأطراف.
- ونرفعها بملعقة مثل هذي للتخلص من الزيت كلياً وعلى ورق ماص للزيت.
- وبعدين نحليها بدبس التمر أو عسسسل وتقدم صحتين وعافيه.
