- نسخن الزيت حتى يصبح ساخنا ثم نقطعها الى قطع صغير بواسطة قمه أو مكينة العوامه أو بملعقه صغيرة ونقلها مباشره في الزيت مع التقليب المستمر حتى يصبح لونها ذهبي اللون ثم يصب عليها الشيره.
