- ثم نضع الدقيق والبيكنج بودر والفانيليا على الخميرة ثم نضع ملعقة الشربات الثقيلة ونقلب جيداً ثم نتركها تخمر نصف ساعة في مكان دافئ.
- نضع زيت نباتي غزير على النار حتى يسخن ثم بمعلقة شاى مدهونة زيت بارد نأخذ قطعة من العجين على شكل كرة صغيرة ونضعها في الزيت على نار هادئة.
- بعد أن تصبح الكرات تعوم في للزيت ولونها شبه أصفر نرفعها من على النار ونضع مجموعة أخرى من كرات العجين.
- في الأخر نضع كل الكرات مرة أخرى في الزيت ونقلب حتى يصبح لونها ذهبى.
- نصفى الكرات من الزيت ثم نضع عليها الشربات المحضر من قبل ثقيل وبارد ونقلبهم جيداً مع الشربات.
