- نقسمها ثلثين وثلث..الثلثين نمدها بصينيه ونمهدها بالاصابع جيدا ثم نمدفوقا المربى ثم نضيف الملاعق الاضافيه من الطحين على العجينه المتبقيه ونفتتها بالاصابع حتى تشبه الرمل نرشها فوق المربى.
- وندخلها فرن حرارته عاليه محمى مسبقا تلت ساعه اواكتر حسب فرنك...اذا احمرت الاطراف نشعل من فوق لتحمر من فوق وصحتين.
