- عند استواء الدجاج نقوم بتصفية مرق الدجاج بإستخدام مصفاية للتخلص من زفر الدجاج والريم.
- نضع صلصة الطماطم على مرقة الدجاج بعد تصفيتها ونقوم بتقطيع الدجاج أجزاء صغيرة ونضعها مع المرقة.
- الان نضع الفريك على المرقة على نار متوسطة وهادئة لحين استواء الفريك.
- وبعد ذلك نقوم بغرف الشوربة في زبدية كبيرة وتقديمها في وجبة الغذاء او مائدة الفطور في رمضان وبالعافية ^_^.
