3. نكمل نضربو بالباتور حتى يولي مورانغ.
4. بعدها نضيف قرصة ملح للصفار ونزيد نضربو بالباتور حوالي 3دقائق.
5. ثم نضيفو على البياض أو المورانغ وندمجو معاه بلعقل من الأسفل للأعلى مثل طريقة الجينواز.
6. نوضع شوية زبدة في مقلاة ماتلسقش على نار قليلة ونوضع فيها الخليط.
7. بعد حوالي 3دقائق نوضع اللحم المفروم ونطوي على ثنين ونحمرها ملجيهتين.
8. ونقدمها وحدها أو مع سلطة (إختياري).
