- نضع الزيت والسكر والبيض والفانيلا معا ونخققهم لمدة دقيقتين.
- ننخل الطحين مع رشة الملح والبايكنج باودر.
- نضيف الطحين على المزيج ونحرك الخليط.
- نأخذ ثلاث ارباع الكمية ونضعها في الصينية.
- نضع المربى على العجينة المرصوصة او برش التفاح مع القرفة.
- نضع على العجينة المتبقية القليل من الطحين و نبرشها على طبقة المربى الى ان تتكون طبقة كاملة.
- توضع بالفرن وتخبز لمدة لا تزيد عن عشرين دقيقة على حرارة منخفضة.
- تحمر من الاعلى وبعد الانتهاء توضع لتبرد وصحة وعافية.
