- أخيرا نطفي النار ونجيب برطمان زجاجي دائري الشكل ونغلفو ببلاستيك غذائي ونصب فيه الجبن الساخن المتحصل عليه ،نتركه يبرد في الخارج لما تعتدل حرارته ندخله الثلاجة ليلة كاملة وفي الغد هو صالح الإستهلاك،بالصحة والهناء 😍.
