- نأخذ الحليب ونضعه يغلي فوق نار هادئة وعند غليانه يصفى في قطعة قماش او غربال رقيق ونتركه يجف.
- ثم يوضع في ايناء للطهي ونضيف له الملح والبيكاربونات والخل وقطعة الجبن والزبدة ونخلط الجميع جيدا ثم نضع المزيج فوق نار ضعيفة جداثم نضيف له البيضة مع التحريك حتى يجمد الخليط بعدذلك نضعه في صحن ونقطعه الى مثلثات ام مربعات حسب الرغبة ثم يوضع في الثلاجة.
