- في هذه المرحلة نأخذ الطحان الكهربائي (le bra mixeur)نخلط جيداً حتى يذوب كل الجبن.
- نضع الخليط فوق نار قليلة و نحرك باستمرار حتى يعقد الخليط نحيه فوق النار و نزيد عليه الخل و نخلط.
- نأخذ علبة الحليب نغسلها و نشفها نقطع الفم ديالها ثم نسكب الخليط نخبط العلبة قليلا و ندخلها الثلاجة حتى يتماسك.
- بعد ما نخرجه من الثلاجة نقطع العلبة من الأطراف يتنحى بسهولة و نحطو في طبق التقديم.
