- بعدها تخفق بالضراب لمدة 3 دقائق ونضيف بعدها ملح فلفل وسنة ثوم ومعدنوس (بقدونس) ونخلط مع اضافة فنجان القشدة أو الحليب مع الخلط حتى يتجانس الخليط ويصبح رطب.
- اذا كان الخليط شوية خفيف ماتتقلقيش راح يشد روحه مين دخليه الثلاجة وشهية طيبة حبيباتي 😘😘😍😍.
