- بعد ذلك نحضر علبة الحليب الفرغة نقصها من الجيهة التي يخرج منها الحليب نغسلها جيداً وننشفها جيد ثم نضع الخليط داخلها ونتركها ليلة كاملة في الثلاجة حتى تتماسك وبالصحة والعافية.
