  7. ثم نضعها في وسط الفرن ونحركها كل ٥ دقائق حتى تتحمر الاطراف.
  8. نعمل شيره وبنثقلها.
  9. نقوم بخراجها وقلبها في سدر اكبر ونشربها ونزينها وصحه وهناء.
