2. نضيف منقوع ماء الورد والزعفران ثم الكريمه الحامضه ثم الطحين المنخول والبيكن بودر يوضع بالتدريج ثم نضع الهيل.
3. نضيف الفستق والكاجو ويخلط باليد.
4. نصب الخليط في قالب الكيك لمدهون مسبقا بالزيت والطحين ثم نضع قطع الحلوى.
5. ثم يدخل الفرن الحار سابقاً من تحت على درجة ١٨٠ لمدة ٣٥ او ٤٠ دقيقه وبالعافيه عليكم.
