Instructions to make دبيازه:
- ينقع قمر الدين في ماء ساخن حتى يذوب والمكسرات ايظاً تنقع مده 10دقايق.
- في الخلاط العصير يطحن القمر الدين جيداً والسكر معاً.
- يذوب السمن ويوضع المستكه وتحمر المكسرات في السمن.
- بعد التحمير المكسرات واخذ الون الذهبي تصفي وتترك على جنب.
- في نفس القدر يوضع قمر الدين وباقي التر الثاني من الماء على النار مع الهيل والقرفه والفرنفل وعند غليانها توضع المشمش والتين.
- يكمل ويوضع باقي المكسرات على القمر الدين ويترك 10دقايق ويطفي عليه ويترك حتى يبرد تماماً ويوضع بعلب وفي الثلاجه وعند الحاجه ياخذ منه الكميه المراده ويسخن ويرجع الباقي بالثلاجه لحين الاستخدام مره اخرى وبالعافيه.
