- منجهز الكريمه مقادير صوص الكريمه تخلط عالبارد ومنضعها على النار مباشره ومنستمر بالتحريك. لتصبح كثيفه منطفي الغاز ومباشره منضبفها عالكيك..ومنتركه بالبراد ليبرد. ومنقدمه بارد..والزينه حسب الرغبه..
