- نحضر علبة بلاستيك او قالب نضع فيه قليل من البيستاش (الفستق)ونضع العجينة نعدلها مليح في العلبة نغلق عليها ونضعها في مكان بارد او في الثلاجة مدة 6 ساعات حتى تحكم روحها نقلبها.
- نقطعها ونقدمها بالصحة والهناء.
