يغسل الممبار ويقطع قطع صغيرة.
يغسل الأرز وباقى الحشو.
تقطع الطماطم والخضرة قطع صغيرة ويضرب البصل والجزر والفلفل فى الكبة ويراعى التخلص من بذر الفلفل قبل الفرم.
يقلب جميع المكونات معا جيدا ويضاف الملح والفلفل والبهارات والزيت.
يحشى الممبار ونراعى ان يكون غير ممتلئ.
يسلق الممبار فى ماء وملح وبصلة مقطعة وطماطم وعود كرفس لحين تمام الطهى.
يصفى الممبار ويوضع فى صينية مع معلقة زيت ويوضع تحت الشواية او يحمر فى الزيت حسب رغبتك وبألف هنا.
ملحوظة : اضافة اللحم المفروم والجزر والفلفل أعطت له طعم رووووعة. مختلف للممبار جربى وعلى ضمانتى.
