- يقطع الدجاج شرائح طوليه ويقلي بالزيت ويرفع عن النار.
- يحمر البصل بالزيت ويضاف فوقه الثوم والزنجيبل ونضيف فوقه الخضروات.
- نضع الدجاج مره اخرى مع الخضروات ويبلب لفتر ه ويترك.
- تحضير الصوص: نحمر الثوم ثم نضع ملعقه الطحين.
- نضع معهم الكتشاب والمايونير ونقلبه ثم نضع فوقه الماء حتى يثقل نضيف الكريمه.
- نضع رغيف التورتيلا ونضع كميه من الحشو عليها ونصب ملعقه من الصوص فوقه ونلف الرغيف وونضعه في صينيه.
- نضع اللفافات في الصينيه ونضيف فوقهم زيت ويغطي بالقصدير ويدخل الفرن لمده ربع ساعه.
