- ثم نحضر صينيه ونضع فيها ماء حار ثم نضع فيها قوالب الكيك وتدخل الفرن على درجه حرارة 180 لمده ساعة.
- ثم تخرج الصينيه من الفرن وتترك حتى تبرد ثم تقل في طبق التقديم وتقدم وبالعافيه.
