- والقشطة ونحرك عالبارد حتى لا يصير تكتلات..
- نضع الخليط عالنار مع التحريك المستمر حتى لت يلصق ولا يتكتل. وبس يغلي بطفي النار وبفرغوا بالقالب فوق السكر المكرمل. انا قسمته نصفين. نتركه يبرد بحرارة الغرفة..
- قالب كيك الشوكولا هي ذاتها مقادير كب كيك الشوكولا👍🏻 حطيتو ليلة بالبراد..
- بس جمد الكراميل حطيت قالب الكيك فوقه بدون ضغط عليه.ونتركه حوالي ٤ ساعات او ليلة كاملة في البراد..
- ثاني يوم نحضر حمام مائي ساخن نضع فيه صينية الكيك حتى يلين السكر المكرمل ونقلبه. وهيك بس قلبتو..
