- نضعها في سنيوة مثل ما أردت اما تضعي العجينة كلها وتكون كبيرة او تقسميها لاثنين وتشكلي شكل الكروكي.
- بعدها ناخذ صفار بيض والقليل من القهوة كي نويل رائحة البيض ونطليها فوق العجين التي قمنا بتسويتها ونزينها بالشوكة la fourchette عشوائيا بأشكال مختلفة.
- نضعها في الفرن حتى ان يصبح لونها ذهبي و نخرجها وبصحة وعافية 😘.
