- بسم الله نبدا فى كسرواله على نار نضيف نصف كوب السكر للكرميل ونقلبه الى ان يذوب ويصبح مثل الكرميل الجاهز ثم نضيفه فى قالب الكيك قبل مايبرد.
- فى بوله نضيف مقادير الطبقه الاوله ونضربيهم بالمضرب الكهربائى ليصبح مثل الكريمه السايله ثم نضيفه على الكرميل.
- ثم نضرب مقادير الطبقه الثانيه نخفق البيض والفانليا ثم السكر والحليب والزيت ونخلط الدقيق والكاكاو والبيكنج بودر مع بعض وننزل بيه على خليط البيض ثم نضيفه على الطبقه الاوله.
- نغلى حوالى ثلاثه اكواب من الماء ونضيفها فى صينيه كبيره ونضيفه قالب الكيك فى الصينيه وندخلها فرن ساخن مسبقاً ونهدى النار الى ان تستوى الكيكه.
