- نخلط 4بيض مع كأس سكر جيدا حتى يذوب السكر.
- نضيف كأس الزيت بالتدريج مع الخلط وعلبتي الياؤورت بنكهة الليمون و مبشور البرتقال او الليمون.
- نغربل الفرينة مع علبتي الخميرة الكيميائية ونضيفها بالتدريج.
- نتحصل على عجينة تتلاصق (انا نحب الكروكي خفيف عكس كروكي المحلات اللي يجي قاسي).
- نقسم العجينة الى 3كويرات... نضع القليل من الزيت على صينية الفرن ونبسط العجينة الاولى بالشكل الموضح في الصورة.
- نغربل ملعقة صغيرة كاكاو (هنا حطيت الكاكاو الاسود 😍😍) ونخلطو مع حبة بيض..وندهن العجينة من الفوق ونحط خطوط بشوكة الاكل (الفرشيطة😉)...
- و الى الفرن.. راح تلاحظي ان العجينة تتنفخ يعني علو العجينة حسب العلو اللي تحبيه للكروكي... وهذا كملي مع باقي العجينة.
- بعد ما ننزعها من الفرن نخليها تبرد غير شوية ونقطعها بسكين الخبز....
- ماتنسايش تغطيها بعد التقطيع باش تبقى طرية😊.
