1. يذوب السكر على نار هادئة حتى يصبح لونه بني فاتح ثم يوضع في القالب.
2. تخلط مواد الطبقة التانية جيدا ثم تصب فوق الكراميل.
3. تخلط مواد الكيكة ثم تصب فوق الكريم.
4. يوضع القالب في وسط قالب أكبر منه فيه ماء مغلي.
5. توضع على الرف الاوسط على درجة حرارة 180 درجة لمدة 35 دقيقة تقريبا.
6. نتركها حتى تبرد ثم نضعها في البراد حوالي ست ساعات ثم نقلبها وتقدم وصحتين وهنا😋😋👍👍.
