- نسوي الكريمه نحط القشطه والكريمه والحليب على النار حتى يفوور بعدين نصبه على القوالب ونخليها على جمب حتى تجمد الطبقه العلويه (بدون ثلاجه).
- نسوي الكيك ، نخلط جميع المكونات وإذا سطح الكريمه جف نصب الكيك عليه بشويش.
- نحط القالب بحمام ماءي وندخله الفرن على حرارة متوسطه (١٨٠) حتى تستوي الكيكه.
- اذا استوت نحطها بالثلاجه اقل شي ست ساعات الافضل اليوم كامل.
